Your Gmail will follow this format: sochsolar.department.00@gmail.com. Ensure the recovery email is set to it@sochsolar.com for account security. This Gmail account is vital for seamless collaboration via Google Chat, Google Meet, and Google Drive, providing an efficient interface to streamline communication and teamwork.

To simplify email management, you can integrate your company email (@sochsolar.com) inside Gmail. Follow these detailed steps:
Step 1: Open Gmail Settings
• Log in to Gmail.

Step 2: Set Up Email for Sending (SMTP)
• Go to “Accounts and Import” > “Send mail as” > “Add another email address.”
• Enter your name and company email (e.g., firstname.lastname@sochsolar.com).
• Configure SMTP:
• SMTP Server: blizzard.mxrouting.net
• Port: 465 (SSL)
• Username: Your full company email.
• Password: Your email password.
• Click “Add Account” and verify via the confirmation sent to your company email.
Step 3: Set Up Email for Receiving (POP)
• Go to “Accounts and Import” > “Check mail from other accounts” > “Add a mail account.”
• Enter your company email and configure POP:

• Port: 995 (SSL)
• Username: Your company email.
• Password: Your email password.
• Uncheck “Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server.”
• Save your settings.
